ABOUT ME AND ELOPEMENTS:

Spend the day on a yacht, Hike up a mountain, Dance Under a Waterfall, Take a Hot Balloon Ride, Climb 219 Steps Up A Lighthouse, Ferry To A Private Beach, Cast Spells At Harry Potter, Gaze At Art In A Museum, Viva Las Vegas, Ride horses, or Slide Down Sand Dunes In The Desert? Then this is for you!

The first adventure elopement I did was in 2020 during the pandemic.My couple had booked me for a big wedding in a traditional wedding venue, but because of Covid they decided to go on vacation and elope to a waterfall in another state they had never been to before….and it was SO MUCH FUN!I will never forget our day of getting ready in a cabin in the woods where he made a scavenger hunt for her to wake up to, hiking to a waterfall, and having an intimate charcuterie board and candlelit dinner with dancing in the living room back at the Airbnb.

If it’s just you and your love or if your guest count is under 15, and your focus on the day is more of the experience and doing things instead of spending money on the table settings and big pricey venue, then this is the package for you! One of the biggest challenges with eloping can be the planning of my elopement and intimate wedding packages listed here include unlimited planning help and consultations from me. I do the research for you and provide things such as provide location scouting, recommend secret gems spots and activities, and more!

You could have:

An all-day hiking elopement: Think sipping coffee in your Airbnb and hiking to watch the sunset together together with a packed picnic and beverages.
A multi-day road trip: Think driving down the Key West chain stopping for coronas and key lime pie and renting a private yacht for the day to go snorkeling.
Full day of urban city activities: Think vows in a donut shop, riding scooters, shopping for records in a record store, and taking those back to the Airbnb to dance the night away!
An extreme adventure weddings. Think hot air balloons, hiking up mountains to swim in waterfalls, helicopter rides, zip line over a canyon, or taking a ferry to a private island.
Scenic elopement: Ride one of the most scenic train rides in the world, cruise through the fjords, say vows on a cliffside, and drink beers at a Viking bar.

1. WANDERLUST ELOPEMENT PACKAGE- ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WITH NO EXTRA TRAVEL FEES

ONE FULL DAY (UP TO 12 HOURS)- $5,500

Price per hour breakdown: Up to 12 hours of shooting, plus travel time, and up to 20 hours of editing. This is what I use to calculate additional hours if needed.

I will document your elopement anywhere in the world for up to 12 hours of coverage. You may be thinking what the heck will we do for 12 hours, but let me tell you that time will fly by so fast! This is great for trips where we may be hiking, doing an activity, or driving to multiple locations. This gives you the time you need to explore multiple locations and have a day full of fun activities together. You can always add more hours if you need to at any point!

First I send you a location questionnaire to get to know you both, and learn about what you are envisioning for your day. Next, I send epic location ideas to help you settle on your dream location. You’ll also get vendor recommendations and all the tips, tricks, and logistical help – and even a timeline that optimizes the best light for your photos and makes the day easy breezy. You will get many more resources to create your own special incredible adventure!

YOUR PHOTOS

You will receive fully edited photos in a stunning online gallery, with unlimited downloads, sharing, and personal printing rights. You can share this gallery worldwide with all of your family and friends, and also order prints and your photo album right from the website.

PHOTOGRAPHER TRAVEL FEES TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

No matter where we end up in the world that is accessible by commercial airlines and an automatic transmission car, there’s no extra fee. I’ll take care of my own travel costs.

(The only additional travel fees there might be would be if you want to take a private jet, helicopter, or hot air balloon.)

OPTIONAL COMPLIMENTARY OFFICIANT SERVIES – WHERE APPLICABLE

I can legally marry you in most states, or you can choose to hire an officiant.

Price per hour breakdown: Up to 10 hours of shooting, plus travel time, and up to 20 hours of editing. This is what I use to calculate additional hours if needed.

I will document your adventure elopement or intimate elopement up to 10 hours of coverage. You don’t have to use every second of the 10 hours, I just don’t want you to run out of time and miss anything getting documented! You may be thinking what the heck will we do for 10 hours, but let me tell you that time will fly by so fast! You may want to take a little lay down nap at some point in the day if we are doing some extensive travel and activities, and I want that for you to fully enjoy your day. This gives you the time you need to travel and/or hike the day away exploring and having a day full of fun activities together. You can always add more hours if you need to!

ONE FULL DAY (UP TO 8 HOURS) ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA- $2,000

ONE HALF DAY (UP TO 4 HOURS) ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA- $1,500

Price per hour breakdown: Up to 4-10 hours of shooting, plus travel time, and up to 20 hours of editing. This is what I use to calculate additional hours if needed. I don’t do elopements for less than 4 hours because a 1 or 2 hour timeslot with your photographer on your wedding day turns into a portrait photoshoot instead of me documenting the story and details of your day naturally (and not rushed) that you’ll remember forever! This is how I get the candid and fun natural photos that you see on my portfolio! *Photography packages at my ‘Til Death chapel and studio are my only exception to this rule because we do not leave the Chapel for those packages.*

I will document your elopement for a half day (4 hours) or a full day (up to 8 hours of coverage). An 8 hour day would be perfect for getting ready photos, traveling to a ceremony site, and doing a fun activity together. This gives you the time you need to travel and/or hike the day away exploring and having a day full of fun activities together.

PHOTOGRAPHER TRAVEL FEES TO ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA & GEORGIA

As long as I can drive to and from the location in my car from Orlando all in one day (between hours of 6am and 9pm), there’s no extra fee. I’ll take care of my own travel costs.

(The only additional travel fees there might be would be if I have to stay overnight and can't make it home between the hours of 6am-9pm (places like the panhandle or Miami), or if I need travel by private plane or take a ferry there (private islands accessible only by ferry or places like The FL Keys).

OPTIONAL COMPLIMENTARY OFFICIANT/NOTARY SERVIES – WHERE APPLICABLE

I can either notarize or legally officiant your ceremony in FL

4. Extras!

Add on additional Services to your Wedding Day Photography Package. -You have the option to add on one of the below additional services or all of them. You can add these at any time leading up to your wedding date, or add them right now when you initially sign your contract. I’m pretty flexible and will stay in contact with you always for any updates you might decide to add later.

HOURS AND SHOOTERS:

Extra hours- You can always add more hours to any package you booked with me!
- Extra Hours on Florida Wedding Day- $250 per hour
- Next Day Full or Half Day Additional Shoot- Starts at $400 an hour and depends on where in the world we are! I’m happy to give you a custom quote for more than one hour the next day.

2nd Shooter- I am happy to announce that I have a permanent second shooter that will be doing all of my 2023 and beyond weddings for The Tattooed Bride Photography. A minimum of 5 hours is required to book a 2nd shooter, and they will arrive at the same time that I arrive to your wedding day. You can add a second shooter to any package in Florida or a destination.
- 5 hours in Florida- $500
- 9 hours in Florida- $900

Video- I am happy to provide you with a fully edited video highlight movie, reel, or raw footage of stages of your day. You are always welcome to hire a videographer independently if you want more cinematic video from a company that only focuses on videography, but if you just want some highlights and footage so you can relive your wedding the next day or years later my second shooter can do that for a fraction of the price!
- Highlights from 5 hours of coverage - $500 -this is a fully edited highlight trailer in landscape orientation and you can select the song that it’s set to. It will include the best moments of your day to remember it by!
- Ceremony unedited footage in 4K- $200- tripod set up to record your ceremony only- sent the same night so you can relive your wedding ceremony the next day or share it with loved ones that could not make it
- Grand Entrance, first couple’s dance, and speeches unedited footage in 4K- $300- tripod set up to record these moments in 4K- sent the same night so you can relive these moments the next day or share it with loved ones that could not make it.
- Fun Instagram highlight reel - $200 – a mini version of the full wedding trailer in portrait orientation with edited photos included as well– photographer will choose the music and invite you as a collaborator on Instagram so that it appears mirrored in your feed. You can also save these and reshare this to your other forms of social media multiple times.

UPGRADES TO PHOTOS:

Engagement Shoot- $400- 2 hour photoshoot somewhere cool! Let’s go somewhere awesome and get to know each other more through an engagement session. This is a great opportunity to get to know your photographer, and to get comfortable with being photographed professionally. Also a great opportunity to showcase your personalities together by doing an activity or going to a place that tells your story!

Smoke Bombs- $80 per color includes 2 smoke bombs of the same color. One of my specialties is taking smoke bomb photos! I am sponsored by several smoke bomb companies and provide educational videos to other photographers on how to do these properly. You can choose one color or multiple colors for each of your bridal party members to hold. I only use smoke bombs that I personally order, and the fee covers the explosives shipping charge and extra editing time to those photos.

Bridal Boudoir – $600- 2 hours- You’ve been sweating for wedding, and it’s time to document what’s going on under that wedding dress! These will be in my personal and private studio. This makes a great gift for your fiancé, and for YOURSELF! In the words of Moira Rose from Shitt’s Creek – “Take a thousand naked pictures of yourself!”

Bridal Portraits – $450- 1 hour at separate location from your wedding venue. Did you have a second dress that you just couldn’t resist buying or a cool place you don’t have time to visit on your wedding day that you would like portraits at? This is great if you want to wear a black dress or totally non-traditional fun dress and want to go somewhere really cool for a styled photo session. You can do anything at all with this, and I will help with resources. This is like an engagement shoot on steroids in your wedding attire! You can also use this for a trash the dress shoot.

TATTOOS: Did you know we also own a tattoo shop: Golden Tarot Ink Club in Winter Park Florida!

Starting at $100. You can get Matching tattoos, wedding band tattoos, or tattoos of your bouquet/flower in bouquet. Get tattooed before your wedding to cover up or freshen up old tattoos. Or come to the shop on the day of your wedding, or after you say I do! We have a custom ‘Til Death Chapel flash sheet you can pick from, or consult with our tattoo artist to book any custom design you can dream of. Prices vary depending on tattoo chosen during your consultation.

Tattoo party at your wedding- $2000 for 3 hours of tattoos. Our tattoo artist will set up a station at your reception and work with you to create a custom flash sheet of tattoos for your wedding guests. Tattoos will be small and examples are a variety of small flowers in your wedding colors or small outlines of your wedding theme such as small anchors for a beach theme wedding. One tattoo artist can typically do a small tattoo in 30 minutes (10 minutes of tattooing + 10 minutes of breaking down and setting up for next client + 5 minutes of washing hands in nearby sink and disinfecting area).

Rent our tattoo shop from 7 pm-10 pm for 3 hours of tattoos by one artist. One tattoo artist can typically do a small tattoo in 30 minutes (10 minutes of tattooing + 10 minutes of breaking down and setting up for next client + 5 minutes of washing hands in nearby sink and disinfecting area). You can use this for your bachelor, bachelorette, or combined party and then still have time to go out after 10pm to show those tattoos off!

VENUE:

I am the proud owner and creator of the ‘TIL DEATH CHAPEL located in Winter Park Florida! If you need an indoor venue to have your elopement at, then I have great news for you. You can book my chapel venue in addition to any package you have with me.

Book chapel as your elopement venue- $150 -add the chapel to any of the elopement or wedding packages you have booked with me! If you can’t decide on a location and you would like to have your elopement at my chapel, then please COME ON OVER! We can spend part of you hours at the chapel, and the rest of the day wherever you choose (ex: private vows in the woods with first look, activity with couple, ceremony and photos with family in the chapel, and dinner at a local bar! I will include the chapel in your elopement day timeline and planning if you choose this and you plan to can customize your experience here and come in for a tour.

Rain Insurance- $150- Worried about rain here in Florida? Me too lol! I’ve had a few late summer and fall elopements that where a tropical storm and hurricane parked itself over Florida making going outside even for 5 minutes impossible. Book the chapel ahead of time as a plan B just in case it rains and I will hold the chapel for your elopement date you have booked with me! This is just like adding the chapel in the above option as your venue, but for a backup plan B reason. If you do not book the chapel as a rain delay there is a chance it will not be available last minute as it may be booked out to another couple for the same day.

Please select your package on the contract and return that to me as soon as possible to hold your date!

STEP TWO- Reserve your date, and get in my books so that no one else can book me. After we have had a consult and met either on the phone or in person, I will send you the official contract. When I get your contract back, you are booked for that date, and I will send you a 100 page elopement guide created personally by me.
STEP THREE- PUT DOWN SOME MONIES - In order for me to book my planes, cars, and hotel stays I do ask that you put down your 50% deposit. I will send you an online invoice that you can easily pay with a credit/debit/paypal all securely online. No checks accepted.
STEP FOUR- FILL OUT MY LOCATION QUESTIONAIRE - As soon as you book my priority is to get to know you, and start planning your day.
STEP FIVE - LOCATION IDEAS AND PERMITS – After reading your questionnaire and doing some research, I will send you some hidden gem ideas and vendor recommendations that check all of the boxes you are looking for.
STEP SIX- FINALIZE TIMELINE FOR YOU DAY AND ACTIVITIES – Once the basics of your elopement day are set and booked, I’ll help you dream of a full day (or multi-day) experience that’s even better than you dreamed of.
